A digital queue management system has been launched at the Bangladesh Embassy in Lisbon.

Bangladesh Embassy, ​​Lisbon has introduced the digital queue management system at the Embassy Premises. Ambassador Regina Ahmed formally has inaugurated this service. As a result, the consular services will be more streamlined, faster and expedited than ever before, consular authorities said ,

They added that, from now on consular service seekers will be able to receive specific tokens for the relevant services from the Digital Kiosk and receive consular services in a more orderly manner.

It may be mentioned that , Ambassador Regina Ahmed left her post as Bangladesh’s Ambassador to Portugal and left for Dhaka on December 8, 2024. She will join the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh and go on retirement leave.
