Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel signs the book of condolences on the death of President Jimmy Carter at the US Embassy in Portugal

Minister of State and Foreign Affairs Paulo Rangel signed the book of condolences for the death of President Jimmy Carter at the US Embassy in Portugal. While signing a condolence Book the  Foreign Minister said,   Carter, a Camp David Agreement worker, became a defender of peace, democracy, and human rights, which earned him the Nobel Peace Prize in 2002.
