The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Hissein Brahim Taha, received today, Monday 10th March 2025, in his office, H.E. Amb. Christophe Farnaud, Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and EU Special Envoy to the OIC.
During the Meeting, both sides commended the OIC-EU constructive dialogue and fruitful cooperation in various fields. They expressed satisfaction with regard to the outcomes of the 7th OIC-EU Senior Officials’ meeting, convened last January in Jeddah.
The meeting also discussed a number of issues of common interest, including the situation in Palestine, Syria, and Afghanistan, as well as combating Islamophobia.
