Assistant Secretaries General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) took their oath of office, at the 46th session of the Council of Foreign Ministersin Abu Dhabi, on 2 March 2019.
The Secretary General, Dr Yousef Al-Othaimeen, congratulatedon their new functions the following Assistant Secretaries General: Ambassador Tarek Bekhit, Assistant Secretary General for Humanitarian, Cultural and Family Affairs; Ambassador AskarMossinov, Assistant Secretary General for Science and Technology; Ambassador Sameer Bakr Diab, Assistant Secretary General for Palestine and Al-Quds; Mr Moussa Kulaklıkaya, Assistant Secretary General for Administrative and Financial Affairs; and Ambassador Yousef Al-Dobai, Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs.
