The office-bearers of Bangladesh Cotton Association (BCA) on Thursday met Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Harsh Vardhan Shringla. The eight member delegation was led by Mr. Mehdi Ali, President, Bangladesh Cotton Association. The delegation apprised the High Commissioner about the work of the association and Bangladesh India Cotton Forum. Bangladesh Cotton Association works closely with Indian Cotton Association and Cotton Association of India. In the last season, Bangladesh imported 46% of its cotton needs from India.
