Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre, High Commission of India, Dhaka presented a colourful and beautiful evening of classical dance, Bharatnatyam and traditional Bangladeshi dances at Chhayanaut Main Auditorium on 3rd November 2018.
The evening was witnessed by an enthusiastic audience who were spellbound by the very professional and talented artists from group of Mr Anisul Islam Hero (Srishti Cultural Centre) showcasing Bharatnatyam and traditional dance forms followed by classical Bharatnatyam by a very talented student of Kolpotoru, Ms Avantika Menon (8 years of age) who enthralled the audience with her very professional and aesthetically articulated performance. The artists of Srishti Cultural Centre who are being trained by Mr Anisul Islam Hero presented not only beautiful Bharatnatyam dance but also many indigenous folk dance forms.
