The Taste of Australia promotion of Australian food has been launched at the Unimart store in Gulshan, supported by the Australian Trade Commission and the Australian High Commission. The food promotion will run from 3 April to 7 April 2019 at Unimart. Australia is well regarded as a supplier of quality and healthy food products and has a good presence in the modern retail food market of Bangladesh.
Many brands and varieties of processed food and juice are available in most supermarkets. Key products imported from Australia are cereal, juice, milk, cheese, butter, honey, jam, jelly, edible oil, confectionery products, etc.
