The “Diplomatic Seminar 2025” has begun, with an opening speech by the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, and a speech on the challenges facing Europe by José Manuel Duro Barroso. It will be 3 days between Lisbon and Porto to map out diplomatic priorities for the new year.
