The Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel had today the first meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Angola. An important moment for the strategic relationship between the two brother countries and for preparing the bilateral and multilateral agenda in the coming months, including the visit to Luanda.
